Terms & Conditions

Please read our Terms and Conditions below.

1. Appointments & Cancellations • Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session or rescheduling. • Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 48 hours’ notice. • Missed appointments or late cancellations may incur a fee. 2. Pet Health & Vaccinations • Owners confirm their pet is fit, healthy, and up to date on required vaccinations (e.g., rabies, parvo, distemper). • Pets showing signs of illness, parasites, or contagion may be refused service. • The groomer is not liable for any pre-existing medical conditions that may surface during or after grooming. 3. Behaviour & Safety • Owners must inform the groomer of any history of aggression, anxiety, or special handling needs. • If a pet becomes aggressive, overly stressed, or unsafe to handle, grooming may be stopped, and a handling fee may apply. • Muzzles or restraints may be used only when necessary for the safety of the pet and staff. 4. Senior Pets & Special Needs • Older pets, puppies, and those with medical conditions are groomed at the owner’s risk. • The groomer may modify or shorten services if the pet’s comfort is at risk. 5. Matted Coats & Shaving • Severely matted coats may require shaving or clipping down. • The owner accepts that shaving may reveal skin irritations, parasites, or uneven hair growth afterward. • Additional dematting charges may apply. 6. Injuries & Emergencies • Every precaution is taken to avoid injury. However, minor nicks, irritation, or reactions can happen. • In case of emergency, the groomer will seek veterinary care if the owner cannot be reached. Costs are the owner’s responsibility. 7. Fleas & Parasites • Pets with fleas/ticks may require immediate treatment and an additional cleaning fee. • Severely infested pets may be refused service. 8. Pricing & Payment • Prices vary based on coat condition, behavior, and service time. • Full payment is due at pickup unless otherwise agreed. • Extra charges will apply for delays in collection beyond the agreed time. 9. Photo & Media Permission • The groomer may take photos or videos of pets for records or social media. • If you do not consent, please notify us in advance. 10. Liability Waiver • The owner agrees that grooming is at the pet’s own risk. • The groomer is not responsible for any underlying condition, pre-existing injury, or allergic reaction that occurs during or after grooming. 11. Abandoned Pets / Late Collection • Pets must be collected promptly after notification. • If a pet is not collected and no contact is made, local animal services may be notified after a reasonable time under applicable laws. 12. Owner Consent By booking an appointment, the owner confirms they: • Are the legal owner or have authority to consent. • Have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. • Accept responsibility for all costs and liabilities arising from their pet’s grooming.
